As Head of Sales Training, you will lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of Ambu’s unified sales process: The Ambu Way of Selling. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to create clear, actionable training programs that strengthen execution across the world.
You will shape how we onboard talent, execute the end-to-end sales process, prepare for product launches, and develop sales capabilities—ensuring Sales is aligned, confident, and ready to deliver.
Responsibilities

Build and drive adoption of the global Ambu sales process

Design a sales training curriculum that ensures that Ambu's sales teams have the capabilities needed to run the end-to-end sales processes effectively

Stay connected to the field to anticipate market shifts and evolving training needs

Deliver training through multiple channels, from virtual sessions to regional meetings and major events for EMEA and APAC sales management and train-the trainers

Through close collaboration with Marketing teams, ensure that commercial tools underpin the sales process

Travel up to 30% is required.
What You Bring

7+ years of experience in sales training (design &delivery) and 5+ years of experience in sales of complex medical devices

Experience designing, structuring, and implementing sales frameworks or methodologies.

Experience with sales enablement platforms and LMS systems.

Ability to simplify complex topics and engage diverse audiences.

Strong presentation, communication, and project-management skills.
