Key responsibilities

The position as Student Assistant is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the Global Product Management teams for Pulmonology counting 6 dedicated and experienced marketeers for approximately 20 hours a week. You will be supporting your colleagues in various ways:

  • Coordinate and prepare user tests, including planning and summarizing results.
  • Collect and structure feedback from users and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Research market trends and competitors to support product strategy.
  • Organize and update project materials, presentations, and roadmaps.
  • Assist with meetings and presentations for the global product team.
  • Maintain internal systems (SharePoint, Teams) and manage documents.
  • Support early-phase projects with prototypes, visuals, and data collection.
  • Take ownership of small projects, e.g., coordinating visits to Ambu.
  • Create presentations and collaborate with global colleagues on research
  • Handle logistics for small deliveries to Ambu's sales regions

  • You’re likely a student at DTU or CBS, already deep into your bachelor’s or even pursuing a master’s degree—perhaps in medtech innovation or a related field.
  • You’re curious about how insights can be transformed into meaningful actions, whether through sharp analysis or structured thinking. You enjoy building scenarios, exploring possibilities, and understanding how frameworks and guidelines shape the choices available. In short, you thrive on connecting ideas to impact.
  • To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are good at project management and have great communication skills to collaborate succesfully with colleagues in headquarters as well as our global teams.
  • As a person, you exceed your peers by being a hands-on person with the ability to manage all steps of a given project. You are structured, self-driven, responsible, team-oriented and outgoing.
  • Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently.
