Key responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the Commercial Excellence team and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance commercial capabilities and drive performance. As a Commercial Excellence Finance Business Partner your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with Commercial Excellence on strategic initiatives such as segmentation & targeting, launch excellence, pricing excellence and CRM optimization.
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders and corporate business intelligence to strengthen business insights and establish commercial and competitor intelligence.
- Lead and contribute to projects that improve commercial and financial planning, as well as performance management.
- Support the execution of the commercial roadmap in close alignment with key teams.
- Participate in corporate reporting processes, ensuring transparency in commercial drivers and financial outcomes.
Suggested candidate profile

- Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights, developed through professional experience, education, or other relevant paths, supported by 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, connect, and build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence, underpinned by a solid commercial understanding and previous experience in driving business impact.
- Proven track record of managing multiple cross-functional projects effectively.
- Highly effective communicator, fluent in English both orally and in writing, with confidence in presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Background in finance, commercial excellence, sales operations, marketing, or reporting & analytics is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and CRM platforms like Salesforce.com is a plus but not required. A strong interest in these tools and eagerness to develop skills to a proficient level is essential.
