The position is based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, where you will join 14 talented colleagues in the Global Brand & Marketing Communications team. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Specialists, Global Product Managers, Medical Affairs, local sales companies to ensure customer-centric, insight-driven, and commercially impactful communications. Together, we’re shaping a more modern, digitally confident way of engaging our audiences - bringing fresh perspectives and strategic direction and focus in campaign development and execution. You’ll help evolve our communications to be more agile, data-driven, and aligned with the expectations of today’s healthcare professionals.
Drive commercial marketing and business impact
As our new Global Marketing Communications Manager, you will strategically shape and tactically execute global campaigns, digital initiatives, and impactful sales materials. You’ll take full ownership of your projects - from ideation through execution - ensuring alignment across functions, consistency across channels, and commercial relevance throughout the customer journey.
By empowering our commercial teams to engage customers with confidence, you will ensure that our marketing efforts not only build awareness but also drive tangible business results.
In this role, you will:

Own and lead the end-to-end development of global campaigns sales & marketing materials on a defined business area.

Strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals through tailored content and targeted activation across touch points.

Develop sales enablement material and content that empower commercial teams and drive HCP engagement

Create marketing communications plans and campaign playbooks, ensuring global consistency and local relevance

Partner closely with the digital marketing team in the creation of data-driven engagement strategies tailored to HCP segments.

Collaborate with Brand and Creative team to deliver communication that is both on-brand and commercially effective.

Monitor campaign performance in close collaboration with the digital marketing team, gather feedback from local markets, and use insights to continuously optimize content and engagement strategies.
You bring strategy, creativity & execution
You are a commercially minded strategic marketer with a deep understanding of healthcare communications and global go-to-market execution. Your experience equips you to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, while still delivering innovative, insight-driven campaigns that make a real difference for clinicians and hospital systems.
To succeed, you’ll need:

A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

10+ years’ experience in global marketing - preferably in healthcare or medtech

A proven ability to connect marketing to business results through communication & channel strategy, and sales enablement.

Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones and functions.

A proactive mindset with the ability to drive transformation in how we engage HCPs and stakeholders

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
