The Role
You will own and lead global communication strategy for a defined endoscopy business area, playing a central role in Ambu’s transformation toward more insight-driven, digitally fluent, and customer-centric marketing. Based at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you’ll join 14 talented colleagues in Global Brand and Marketing Communications. You will work closely with Global MarCom Managers, our Brand & Creation team, Digital Marketing Specialists, Global Product Managers, Medical Affairs, and local sales companies to develop customer-centric, insight-driven, and commercially impactful communication.
Drive commercial marketing and business impact
You will develop and optimize communication throughout the customer journey and your ability to seek out insights, interpret limited data, and translate findings into impactful communication will be essential to our success. From ideation to execution, you’ll ensure alignment, consistency, and commercial impact throughout the customer journey.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Own and lead the development and execution of global communication strategy for a defined endoscopy business area, with a strong drive to build data-based customer communication.

Developing sales enablement materials and content that empower commercial teams and drive engagement with healthcare professionals.

Collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing team to identify performance and adapt communications accordingly.

Collaborate with Brand and Creative team to deliver sales & marketing materials that are both on-brand and commercially effective.

You understand customer journeys and develop communication strategies that optimize business impact, even when insights are limited. You enjoy collaborating with others and are eager to help shape our data-driven future. You’re skilled at managing stakeholders and building alignment across global teams.
To succeed, you’ll need:

A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

10+ years of experience in commercial marketing, acquired in corporate roles, agencies, or both

A proven ability to connect marketing to business results through communication & channel strategy, and sales enablement.

Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones and functions.

A proactive mindset with the ability to drive transformation in how we engage HCPs and stakeholders

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
