About the Role

As Territory Manager for Finland, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding Ambu’s Endoscopy business, with a primary focus on Respiratory and Urology. Your mission will be to strengthen Ambu’s presence in your region by supporting existing customers, growing market share, and driving adoption of our innovative single-use endoscopy solutions.

You will collaborate closely with hospitals and clinics, engaging with pulmonologists, urologists, endoscopy nurses, procurement teams, and infection control specialists. This is a field-based role with approximately four days per week spent visiting customers, providing clinical support, and supporting product adoption directly in the clinical environment.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and high service standards.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within Respiratory and Urology endoscopy.
  • Present compelling clinical, economic, and workflow benefits to stakeholders, including clinicians, procurement, and hospital management.
  • Support product trials, demonstrations, and training to drive successful adoption.
  • Manage your pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records, reporting regularly to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Collect and share market intelligence to support strategic planning and product positioning.

 

What We’re Looking For

We know skills come in many forms, but you’re likely to succeed if you:

  • Have proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within endoscopy, respiratory, or urology.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to close complex deals.
  • Are a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and takes initiative.
  • Communicate confidently with clinicians, nurses, administrative staff, and procurement teams.
  • Can clearly articulate clinical and economic value in a healthcare environment.
  • Speak Finnish fluently; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
  • Hold a valid driving license and are flexible to travel for customer visits, meetings, and conferences.
