Digital Transformation Specialist
Location: Agrate Brianza (MB)

At Ambu, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist to drive the integration of modern technologies, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Power Platform, into our commercial and operational processes.
In this role, you will be based in our Agrate Brianza office and collaborate closely with the Integrated Business Operations Manager, as well as with crossfunctional teams in Italy and Spain, to design and implement high impact digital solutions.
As a Super User for Ambu’s AI products, you will also work with our AI Centre of Excellence to test and roll out new capabilities that deliver real business value.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Power Platform to support project management, automation, and productivity initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Ambu AI Centre of Excellence to move developed solutions from pilot to full production, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deploy AI tools that enhance workflows, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Drive digitalization and promote the use of collaborative tools across the organization.
- Support change management, including training and onboarding users on new technologies.
- Contribute to Ambu’s Global IT infrastructure modernization program, ensuring a smooth transition of local services without business disruption.
- As an optional skill: Collaborate with local and corporate teams to optimize Salesforce functionalities in line with evolving business needs.

The following competencies will help you succeed in this position:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Copilot, Power Platform, and/or basic coding (PowerShell, Python, VBA, Power FX).
- Strong data management skills.
- Experience in similar roles and familiarity with sales organization processes, with an interest in how AI can support and improve them.
- Excellent communication skills, a digital mindset, and a collaborative approach.
- Experience working in a global environment.
