Ambu USA is seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Operations team in the role of Sales Operations Analyst, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations.

 

This role will play a critical role in overseeing and elevating the performance of our sales organization through the support and continuous improvement of key sales data and KPIs, sales tools, and sales processes. This individual will also support other miscellaneous projects as directed by the Director of Sales Operations. This role is critical in advancing field effectiveness and ensuring compliance through an integrated, data-driven sales ecosystem tailored to the unique demands of healthcare sales.

The ideal candidate should have experience as a team member in B2B Sales Operations team, optimizing existing processes, solving data challenges, and building best practices and procedures with operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities

  • Platform Management & Optimization:
    Oversee administration of key sales enablement platforms—Bigtincan and AcuityMD—ensuring optimal performance and seamless connectivity with Salesforce. Drive platform enhancements to support evolving commercial objectives.
  • Onboarding & Continuous Learning:
    In collaboration with the National Sales Trainer and sales leadership, support the execution of comprehensive onboarding and professional development programs, leveraging Bigtincan/Brainshark (content management & delivery and LMS system) to deliver scalable, industry-specific learning paths focused on compliance, clinical acumen, and objection handling.
  • Platform Advocacy & Sales Communications
    Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, Bigtincan, and AcuityMD, fostering user adoption and operational excellence. Develop high-impact enablement materials, including best practice guides, job aids, and internal communications.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Performance Optimization
    Lead analytics initiatives to measure engagement, adoption, and effectiveness of enablement platforms, especially Salesforce. Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior sales leadership to inform content strategy and sales effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business major, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles.
  • Experience with CRM systems required (Salesforce preferred); familiarity with SF Agentforce a plus.
  • Experience with Office 365, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookup, and formulas).
  • Must be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to generate reports and dashboards, transforming data into visualizations, tables, and charts.
  • Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.
  • Use of tools like Clari or SF Analytics/Tableau highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with all areas of the business and effectively building relationships.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively.
  • Experience working in a high growth environment supporting a rapidly growing sales organization.
  • Experience supporting system implementations a plus.
