In this high-visibility role reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and working closely with our sales leadership team, you will lead the evolution and execution of our sales enablement platform strategy to empower a complex, high-performing commercial organization.

This role requires a proven track record in enterprise-level sales operations and enablement, with the ability to align tools, content, and insights with dynamic go-to-market strategies. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Commercial Excellence to ensure field teams are equipped with the right information, at the right time, in the right format—driving productivity, consistency, and revenue acceleration.

This is a critical leadership role focused on enabling field force excellence in a highly regulated, fast-paced market, leveraging data-driven platforms to enhance sales effectiveness, ensure compliance, and support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Intelligence Strategy & Commercial Enablement

Champion a unified commercial execution approach, ensuring platforms support business goals and field agility across all levels of the organization.
  • Sales Onboarding & Capability Development
Oversee the design and delivery of scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs in close partnership with the National Sales Trainer. Utilize Bigtincan to deliver customized, high-impact learning pathways with a focus on regulatory compliance, clinical expertise, and objection management - ensuring consistent commercial excellence across the field.
  • Platform Ownership, Advocacy & Internal Communications
Act as the senior owner and internal champion for Bigtincan and AcuityMD, driving adoption, change management, and platform optimization. Create and govern high-impact enablement content, including sales playbooks, best practice frameworks, and targeted communications to reinforce field readiness and operational excellence.
  • Platform Management & Optimization
Oversee administration and strategic integration of key sales enablement platforms—Bigtincan and AcuityMD—ensuring optimal performance and seamless connectivity with Salesforce. Drive platform enhancements to support evolving commercial objectives.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Performance Optimization

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
