We have the unique opportunity for you to join our team and have a meaningful impact on the performance of our corporate organization as a high performing Corporate Accounts Analyst. As the Corporate Accounts Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Account Directors and VP Corporate Accounts with customer bid analysis (customer can include Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), and/or hospital sites), customer pricing analysis, and contract compliance analysis. The Corporate Account Analyst will meet with stakeholders daily to review their list of customers and the customer’s GPO pricing level compliance and/or local contract compliance to ensure proper adherence to performance requirements.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare and manage monthly reports on contract compliance/performance for GPO, IDN, and/or other customers and highlight when or where contract is not meeting performance requirements
  • Prepare pricing and contract bids for GPOs, IDNs, and other customers, outlining overall impact for revenue in GPO/IDN and individual account impact
  • Assist in operational process in meeting formal requirements of bids from customers, including but not limited to; submission of price files, cross references, and/or terms and conditions
  • Map current accounts to appropriate GPO and/or IDN relationships for appropriate performance measurement and review new accounts bi-weekly for appropriate mapping to GPO and/or IDN
  • Assist Corporate Account Directors in building IDN analysis of overall revenue across all product lines and performance to any contract positions for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Liaise with Finance Team to provide pricing reviews on GPO/IDN bids providing summary level and line item details on margin impact
  • Assist in preparation of ad hoc analysis for Corporate Account Directors, VP Corporate Accounts, and Finance
     

Qualifications /Experience:

 

  • BA/BS in Finance or Accounting or relevant field of study required
  • 2-4 years of experience in bid/pricing analysis and a strong understanding of contract performance analysis
  • Prior experience analyzing GPO and IDN bids and contract performance preferred
  • Strong analytical, financial control and reporting skills, and the ability to properly communicate findings clearly to leadership
  • Experience using and creating complex financial models
  • Advanced Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • SQL Coding, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power Pivot, and/or Power BI experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates proper planning and organization to ensure achievement of reporting deadlines.
