Job Title: Contract Administrator (Hybrid)

The Contract Administrator will focus on managing all financial reporting for contracts with performance incentives and admin fees as well as maintaining the GPO contracts: managing the GPO roster, responding to GPO price activation requests. The Contract Administrator will also work with a team to make certain that pricing and customer eligibility for that pricing is correctly entered and maintained in the pricing system. This individual will communicate extensively with internal and external business partners to resolve pricing/contracting issues, respond to queries, and distribute pricing and contracting information. This role is critical for ensuring that contract compliance is enforced, and that performance rebate and admin fee payments are accurate.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Review the GPO price activation requests and GPO rosters throughout the month, approving and denying requests as appropriate and removing and updating customer GPO associations to ensure all customers are associated to the right GPOs and are on the correct tiers.
- Run reports and perform all financial reporting required by the GPO contracts and for other contracts with performance incentives.
- Communicate price, price eligibility, and GPO eligibility information to Sales, Customer Service, and external partners.
- Participate in the ongoing initiative to improve and automate contracting and pricing functions in Salesforce CPQ.
- Assist in monitoring the Contracts mailbox, addressing questions and requests as required
- Crosstrain and support other members of the Contracts/Pricing team as necessary.
Qualifications /Experience:
- 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar role (Contracts, Pricing, Accounting/Finance),
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Proven ability to get to the root cause of pricing/contracting issues
- Independent – able to work with follow clearly outlined policies and directions with minimal supervision
- Ability to adhere to 50/50 remote work schedule
