Regional Sales Manager Respiratory, North England, North Wales, Scotland & Ireland

 

Excited to advertise a position within the Respiratory team, reporting directly to the Sales Director UK&I, Respiratory & GI.

 

ROLE SUMMARY

The purpose of this role is to achieve sales growth and profit targets in accordance with the Business Unit strategic plan working in close collaboration with the Sales Director UK&I Respiratory & GI. The role requires strong strategic and sales leadership skills combined with the ability to deliver results through an inspired and motivated team. Field based role, supporting and developing territory managers within your team through face to face interaction 3-4 days a week. 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Leadership ability with an in-depth understanding of sales processes in the healthcare market.
  • A proven track record of sales success, account development and a drive for results.
  • Demonstrates an ability to lead and motivate a team of mixed abilities and strengths.
  • Desire to make an impact and lead change with their team.
  • Skilled in effecting change and development of Territory Managers & Clinical Educators through coaching, mentorship and one to one training.
  • Ability to implement new platforms and structures around training, development and education.
  • High level of analytical skills and financial planning.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, with a desire to help others
  • Ability to travel extensively and adapt to the requirements of the team and customers

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION (Minimum requirements for role)

  • Minimum of 3 years working within medical sales and overachievement of targets.
  • Previous Respiratory and Pulmonology experience is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NHS procurement process is fundamental.
  • Leadership, Coaching or Management qualifications are desirable.
  • Full driving licence and Valid Passport essential.
