  • Translate business needs and governance processes into system design, configuration, and a clear PPM roadmap (enhancements, releases, and prioritization), acting as the key interface between PMO, IT, Finance, and external partners for the PPM system
  • Establish and continuously optimize reporting on the project portfolio and resource allocation by leveraging Power BI and AI, ensuring high-quality, streamlined data sources while reducing manual effort through automation and strong data governance
  • Support the broader R&D organization in adopting AI-driven, efficient, and scalable ways of working, ensuring pragmatic integration into tools, processes, and daily operations

Your profile

  • Project and Portfolio Manament tools
  • Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, DAX)

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience working with AI-enabled tools or data-driven optimization
  • Understand project lifecycle models and portfolio governance
  • Are comfortable working across business, IT, and interacting with project managers

As a person, you are

  • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Strong in stakeholder management and communication
  • Proactive with a high level of ownership
  • Motivated by driving transparency, standardization, and data-driven decision-making

Why join Ambu?

You will play a key role in shaping how Ambu manages projects, resources, and investments globally -through systems, data, and AI-enabled insights.
