As Ambu’s new Supply Chain Development & BI Specialist, you will play a key role, being the go-to person within BI as well as develop and facilitate use of data analytics. You will have various roles in data projects and take lead in improving the overall data structure, taking Ambu’s data handling to the next level. 


You will join a highly skilled team of four, and you will report to our Head of Supply Chain Development, Global Supply Chain. The position is based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.


 As Supply Chain Development & BI Specialist your responsibilities will include:


•    Ensuring relevant analytical supply chain tools and models are available and maintained, as well as supporting with data input and analysis for operational activities
•    KPI maintenance and reporting of SC performance for various reports (operational focus)
•    Responsible for end-to-end SCM projects in the role of Project Lead / Key resource with focus on Business Intelligence 
•    Analysis and process mapping as input to drive decisions within the Global Supply Chain
•    Responsible for SC models and tools for analysis and overview.
•    Establish and maintain Power BI dashboards with relevant overview to support SC management, colleagues and SC stakeholders

•    Drive the verification of business cases with Data & Analytics, and execute on approved projects
•    Develop and maintain BI dashboards

 

Key competences


To succeed in this role, you probably have a degree in Supply chain, logistics, Business Administration, engineering or other relevant area as well as 2-5 years of experience within supply chain. It is key, that you have good analytical skills, and you have solid experience with Excel, ERP and Power BI. 


You are an excellent communicator, and you understand how to balance your technical know-how with your stakeholder management skills. You like to work with data-related challenges in a high pace environment and communicating with many different stakeholders on all levels comes natural to you. 


You navigate well between routine tasks and project-based work, and you are structured, organized, and you thrive working independently as the expert of your field.
Preferably, you have a solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain.
