Student Assistant – Events & Project Management

Ambu A/S is currently looking for a student assistant to be based in Ballerup, Denmark (10-20 hours/week – flexible around exams)

Are you curious about how medical insights, stakeholder engagement, and congress strategy come together in a global MedTech company? Do you enjoy structure, communication, and making things run smoothly -  while also contributing to something bigger?

Ambu is looking for a proactive and thoughtful student assistant to support our Medical Affairs and Market Access team and help shape how we engage with healthcare professionals across congresses and beyond. This is not just an administrative role - it’s a chance to be part of a team that’s rethinking how we create impact, build relationships, and amplify medical content.

Key responsibilities

You will support our team with project management, including:

  • Booking hotels, dinners, meeting rooms, and travel for congresses

  • Organizing logistics for advisory boards and larger internal meetings and events

  • Following up with stakeholders and ensuring timelines are met

  • Analyzing results and impact from our engagements with our key external stakeholders

  • Generate and organize supporting documentation and internal communication

  • Keeping a clear overview across multiple projects and deadlines.

Are you an organized, people-savvy student who can juggle details while keeping a cool overview?

To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are good at managing projects and have great communication skills to collaborate successfully with colleagues in headquarters as well as our global teams.

As a person, you exceed your peers by being a hands-on person with the ability to manage all steps of a given project. You are structured, self-driven, responsible, team-oriented, and outgoing.

Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration, and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently

We imagine you are:

  • A 3rd-year bachelor or 1st-year master’s student at CBS

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, but also able to zoom out and keep a strategic perspective

  • Comfortable working with many stakeholders across functions

  • Professional in tone and attitude

  • Fluent in English (Danish is a plus but not required)

When to apply

If you are ready to apply for the position, please apply as soon as possible. We will invite candidates for interviews on a continuous basis so there is no need to hesitate. This job ad might be online until 15 November, but once we have found the right candidate, this ad will no longer be online.
