Based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, you will join the Procurement Insights team. You will get to collaborate with strategic procurement colleagues spanned out across the globe, from Malaysia to Mexico, China and the US as well as numerous stakeholders from different corners of the company.

Enable Company-wide Change
As a Student Assistant working with Procurement Development, you will support initiatives that strengthen Ambu’s ways of working across processes, systems, knowledge management, and procurement practices. You will help enhance the tools and structures that enable Global Procurement to deliver world-class value.
Your main tasks will include:
- General support of Procurement Development activities, incl.:
- Conducting analytical work to support process improvements and development initiatives
- Gathering input from cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and other key areas
- Supporting process documentation, standardisation efforts and maintenance of governance materials
- Helping build and maintain knowledge-sharing resources (e.g., templates, guidelines, best practices)
- Assisting with communication materials, training content and engagement activities
- Helping coordinate workshops, alignment meetings and follow-up activities on development initiatives
Who are you?
You must be a bachelor or master student in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering, and you should be motivated by organisational development and improving how teams work together.
Additionally, you:
- Are structured, proactive and curious
- Enjoy analysing problems and translating complexity into clear concepts
- Communicate well — visually, verbally, and in writing
- Feel comfortable working with many stakeholders
- Are eager to learn about procurement, processes, systems and change management
- Are fluent in English (Danish is not a requirement)

You will be part of a dynamic and international network of skilled analytics & procurement professionals working closely together in a variety of functions and across departments within Ambu in a non-bureaucratic and informal work setting.

The position is 15 hours a week and we are flexible about your work time, especially during exams.
