Ambu A/S is looking for a Senior Global Pricing Manager. This is a high-impact position where you will be globally responsible for driving and evolving Ambu’s pricing strategy across development projects and in-market portfolios. You will enable and support our global teams with the tools, insights, and frameworks needed to deliver pricing excellence worldwide.

In this role, you will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen to optimize pricing across markets and product portfolios — guiding decisions from early-stage product development through global launch and lifecycle management.

You will join our Global Commercial Excellence (ComEx) team, reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Excellence, and collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance across regions.

 

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Orchestrate the pricing process for development projects, from early initiation to the global launch prices setting process, in close collaboration with Product Management teams
  • Initiate, scope and drive in-market product pricing reviews with the aim of identifying upside potentials and following up on execution post-project
  • Drive changes to list prices and/or price approval thresholds in the price management system (salesforce CPQ) based on a strategic and analytical assessment of optimization opportunities
  • Own annual price processes, including delivery of price guidance for Strategic Financial Planning and budgeting, as well as annual list price updates.
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and insights that enable Sales to manage pricing effectively and confidently

 

Suggested candidate profile

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in managing pricing, preferably within MedTech
  • 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, or a proven track record of driving end-to-end strategic projects.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A structured, strategic mindset combined with commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
