Ambu A/S is currently looking for an experienced Senior Finance Process Specialist based in Ballerup to join our dynamic team during an exciting period of transformation. At Ambu, we are on a global transformation journey, launching one of the most significant ERP initiatives in our history. In this role, you will play a central role in shaping and standardizing finance processes ahead of and during this transformation - driving the standardization of production and inventory accounting and reporting across geographies, while strengthening financial compliance and internal controls. You will work as finance representative in multiple process workstreams and work towards building strong capability in Financial Shared Service (FSS).
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Global Operations, Global Supply Chain, FSS team and Global IT to drive standardization, automation, and harmonization across finance-relevant business
processes and applications.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the Global Finance and Accounting team, reporting to the Head of Global Financial Processes, you will:
- Act as process lead on production and inventory accounting and reporting processes and systems for global finance organisation and develop and participate in finance super user network.
- Lead simplification and standardisation initiatives for specific technical / process are within global finance organisation including FSS.
- Drive change management for finance transformational projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Act as Finance contact for application enhancements and projects in respective process areas and be responsible for testing, documentation, handover to finance organisation and FSS and ongoing support and maintenance.
- Act as liaison among FSS, Global IT and Local Finance Managers ensure local compliance requirements are considered in system and process design.
- Drive financial governance process, together with Finance and Global IT.
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:
- 7-8 years of work experience in manufacturing environments of corporations with global footprint. Experience in GxP environment is preferred.
- Extensive experience in Production and Inventory accounting and reporting process.
- Hands-on experience in handling requirements and transforming business requirements to technical specification, designing, testing and rolling out ERP projects and/or IT applications globally.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Good understanding of risks and internal controls.
