Are you ready to play a key role in Ambu’s global ERP transformation? We are launching one of the most significant ERP initiatives in our history, and we need a hands-on ERP expert to help make it happen.

 

As a Senior ERP Consultant, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, you will be the bridge between business process design and system implementation. Working closely with Business Process Managers and stakeholders across global functions, you will ensure that best-in-class supply chain and manufacturing processes are seamlessly integrated into our ERP landscape.

 

In addition to the ERP transformation projects, you will also lead and contribute to other ERP initiatives and projects within Supply Chain and Manufacturing. You will become part of our Global IT Organization within the IT Applications team, reporting directly to the Director, IT Applications. This position is based at our HQ in Ballerup.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Acting as the ERP process and system specialist for Manufacturing and Supply Chain within our ERP platform (Infor M3) and our label management system (Veraciti).
  • Configuring and maintaining ERP and label systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborating with users on identifying practical solutions within the framework of our standard systems.
  • Handling system configuration, unit testing, training, and documentation in close cooperation with external partners.
  • Participating in global projects with a focus on Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
  • Working across functions and cultures to deliver high-quality global solutions.

 

Suggested candidate profile

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:

 

  • A relevant educational background – typically a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within ERP consulting or other fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes and how they translate into ERP solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex solutions and design effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Experience or interest in working in a cross-functional, global setting working with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Any experience or knowledge of SQL is beneficial but not required for the position.
