As our new Sales Coordinator, you will be working in the Nordic team and will be responsible for the support to our customers and distributors primarily in Finland and Sweden as well as back-office to our sales team.

 

The Nordic region team is covering Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

 

Sales and customer support

 

We are located in Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, which will be your primary workplace, and you will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. You and the rest of the team are supporting our customers and distributors as well as sales activities in the markets.

 

Your primary areas of responsibility will be:

 

· Order handling in our ERP system

· Support our customers and distributors daily

· Back-office support to the Sales Directors and Territory Managers

· Support on Nordic Tenders together with the Contract Manager

· Perform general customer service tasks e.g. maintain customer and price databases

· Receive and process customer complaints, return and repair orders

· Cooperation with local Marketing Team

· Proactively ensuring customer’s needs are met, across client base

 

You will have daily contact with our customers which is hospitals, clinics, and distributors as well as colleagues from our sales team in the field, Corporate Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Finance and Marketing.

To be successful in the job, you need to be customer oriented and an outgoing team player who works in a structured and effective manner. It is vital that you are as smiling, service-minded and professional with your co-workers as with your customers. At the same time, you are well organised, flexible, and able to work independently and responsibly.

 

You will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience with sales and customer service, inside sales representative, operational sales specialist or similar. In addition, you must be experienced with working in Word, Excel and an ERP system, preferably Infor M3 which is used globally in Ambu. We are also using Sales Force as CRM system

 

Our customer segment within the public regions is moving towards full order handling via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and knowledge within EDI will therefore be an advantage.

 

It is key that you speak and write Finnish and Swedish fluently and English on a business level. Skills in other Scandinavian languages will be an advantage and preferrable.
