At our headquarters in Ballerup, you will become part of our Procurement Insights team, a cross-functional unit within the Global Procurement department. Your day will involve collaborating with strategic procurement colleagues spanned out across the globe, from Malaysia to Mexico, China and the US as well as numerous stakeholders from different corners of the company.

 

In Procurement Insights, we enable and support our colleagues to deliver excellent procurement value, with data, analytics, and business intelligence to transform the way we are doing procurement.

You will be an important player in bringing this ambition to life

Initiatives will include process standardization, enhancing systems utilization, improving knowledge sharing & cross-collaboration, best practice implementation and improving data foundations.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Driving Procurement Development activities within the Global organization, incl.
  • Scoping and managing Procurement Development projects
  • Provide analytical insights and gather business requirements
  • Build a strong stakeholder network and navigate through cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Facilitating communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to gather input relevant for the scoping and implementation of projects
  • Continuous improvement and process documentation

 

Experienced In Change Management and Business Development

It is vital that you are comfortable working on projects in complex setups and are able to simplify structures. You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. With digitalization comes change management and will require your great people skills, enabling you to build sound relationships and create buy-in across teams and in the organization.

 

Additionally, you have:

  • Project management experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and an ability to easily adapt to new technology
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with process and change management on an international level, possibly from a manufacturing company
  • A sound understanding of Procurement as a profession enabling you to have the end-to-end perspective of the development initiatives
  • Hands-on experience from strategic procurement, category management, sourcing and contracting is a significant advantage
  • You are fluent in English
