Ambu uses Oracle Agile PLM for product management, regulatory information management, product quality management and as our Quality Management System. The system is used worldwide by more than 2500 Ambu users.

 

We are looking for a PLM Consultant for our Agile PLM team who can contribute to delivering an added-value application, based on standard solutions to the business and ensure an efficient and reliable support and maintenance of the solution. You may have experience in working with PLM systems or other systems such as ERP, however, if you are not familiar with Agile, training can be provided.


You will get a truly global job where you will collaborate with colleagues across Ambu's locations and functions worldwide. You will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup where you will report to the Head of Product Life Cycle and Quality Management System.    

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Your tasks will be:

 

  • Solve daily support ticket within your area of responsibility
  • Coordinate changes and updates with your colleagues in IT, Line of Business and external Agile consultants and handle the necessary documentation according to standards
  • Collaborate with the IT business consultant with configurations including documentation updates.
  • Participate in relevant meetings regarding our PLM/ QMS including IT security forum meetings and ensure that relevant patches for the system (database, Application and other SW) are implemented.

As a person, you are a strong team player, and you have an analytical and structured approach. You are able to maintain the overview and you have a diplomatic and open mindset. You are a skilled communicator, enabling you to create strong relationships across the organisation. You are good at planning, following up as well as keeping promises and deadlines. At the same time, you are comfortable with decision-making.

 

It will be an advantage if you have an understanding of working with IT in a pharmaceutical or MedTech company where standards for documentation and training are high and changes to the system are implemented according to standard procedures and documentation.
