We are looking for a Medical Affairs Operations Coordinator to support the operational execution and governance of Medical Affairs activities across Ambu. The role plays a central part in enabling structured and compliant engagement with external experts, supporting investigator‑initiated research, and strengthening internal transparency and coordination.
What you will be responsible for
In this role, you will support the backbone of Medical Affairs operations by:
- Coordinating and maintaining SharePoint platforms to visualize and track KOL engagement plans and activities
- Supporting the planning and execution of global Advisory Boards in close collaboration with Business Areas and R&D.
- Managing contracts, payments, and logistics related to external medical consultants
- Supporting the roll‑out and ongoing governance of Investigator‑Initiated Studies (IIS), including portals, trackers, and study follow‑up
- Ensuring Medical Affairs & Market Access SharePoint sites are structured, updated, and fit for purpose
- Contributing to compliance, documentation, and governance, ensuring activities align with internal policies and external regulations
You will work closely with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Market Access, R&D, Business Areas, and other functions, enabling smooth execution and strong cross‑functional alignment.

- Experience in Medical Affairs coordination, clinical research support, or healthcare project coordination
- Interest in or familiarity with KOL engagement, advisory boards, and IIS processes

- A compliance‑minded and solution‑oriented mindset
- Comfort working in a global, cross‑functional environment
