We are looking for a Medical Advisor (Anaesthesia) to join our Medical Affairs & Market Access team, where you will play a key role in connecting clinical practice, scientific evidence, and innovation in the respiratory and patient monitoring areas.

 

About the role

As a Medical Advisor, you will act as the medical and scientific authority within anaesthesia and critical care, ensuring that our solutions are supported by robust evidence, clinically relevant insights, and high medical integrity. You will work cross‑functionally and externally with leading clinicians and societies to support evidence generation, education, and long‑term value creation.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Provide medical and scientific leadership within anaesthesia, perioperative care, ICU, and patient monitoring
  • Drive and support clinical evidence generation, including clinical studies, real‑world evidence, and Investigator‑Initiated Studies (IIS)
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and societies to exchange insights and identify unmet clinical needs
  • Act as a medical bridge between R&D, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance
  • Contribute to medical education, training, and scientific communication for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Interpret and communicate evidence in a balanced, compliant, and clinically meaningful way

 

Your profile

  • Medical Doctor with a completed residency in Anaesthesiology
  • 3-5 years of experience with airway management in general, including flexible optical intubation and bronchoscopy
  • Significant ICU experience required; familiarity with cardiac and neurological procedures is an advantage
  • Strong track record in clinical research, publications, and critical appraisal of data
  • Experience interacting with healthcare professionals beyond direct patient care (e.g. education, research, advisory roles)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, and ability to translate complex science into clear clinical insights
  • Strategic mindset with curiosity for innovation and patient‑centred solutions
  • High ethical standards and appreciation of medical integrity and compliance
