We’re looking for a strategic and data‑driven Marketing Automation Specialist who will own and elevate Ambu’s global Marketing Automation setup and deliver measurable business impact.
A role with global strategic importance
As Global Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll play an important role in Ambu’s digital transformation toward more insight‑driven, digitally fluent, and customer‑centric marketing by utilizing the full potential of our Marketo platform—shaping how we use it, optimizing its capabilities, and building a structured, globally scalable setup ready for future growth.
Based at our headquarters in Ballerup, you’ll join the Digital Marketing Team within Global Brand & Marketing Communication, collaborating closely with colleagues across HQ and international markets. You’ll combine a strategic mindset with strong hands‑on execution—driving key Marketing Automation projects forward while building the campaigns, forms, and automated flows that make them real.
Key responsibilities

Own Ambu’s Marketing Automation setup and act as the global expert on MA strategy and hands‑on execution

Drive key Marketing Automation projects — including global lead management, Marketo–Salesforce integration, form migrations, field structures, and data quality improvements

Design and implement global automation journeys and scalable programs, and support successful adoption across international markets

Set and maintain best practices, ensuring compliance and strong governance through guidelines, training, and ongoing support

Analyze performance and deliver data-driven insights and recommend continuous improvements
You bring:

A strong understanding of digital customer journeys, lead scoring, segmentation, and ABM in complex B2B environments

Solid project management skills that help you drive initiatives forward and bring structure where it’s needed

A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into measurable improvements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
