About the role
You will lead a team of Clinical Evaluation Specialists working in both new product development projects and throughout product lifecycle. You will guide you team members in an aligned approach, driving continuous improvement with a focus on clarity of the documentation and fitting the required regulatory frameworks, ensuing timely delivery.
Your team is part of an international department of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs in Global R&D, where you will report into Director Clinical Affairs, Daniel Carter, with direct colleagues based in our German, Malaysian and Danish offices. Your team is currently based in Denmark, though we embrace global opportunities, with potential future international reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of specialists to plan and report Clinical Evaluations across all value streams.
- Align with project managers and product owners to assign resources appropriate to Ambu’s priorities
- Review clinical documentation for clarity and consistency
- Ensure clinical documentation meets MDR and IMDRF requirements
- Coach and mentor team members to continuously develop their skills
