Ambu A/S is currently looking for a HRIS Module Owner to be based in our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of Ambu’s SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment modules. You will report to the Global Head of HRIS and work closely with global P&C colleagues, IT, and other key business stakeholders. Your focus will be to ensure a stable, scalable, and business aligned HRIS landscape while driving continuous improvements in line with Ambu’s Zoom Ahead strategy. You will be a key contributor to global process optimisation, a trusted partner to stakeholders across regions, and an important player in shaping how Ambu manages employee data and recruitment processes globally while having end‑to‑end ownership of Ambu’s SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment modules. 

You will be taking our HRIS landscape to the next level. In the immediate term, this will include the implementation of Position Management for our global organisation. More long term, you will leverage your own experience and knowledge to recommend and drive other improvement areas, leveraging our HRIS landscape to drive growth in the company. This role offers strong development opportunities for someone who wants to deepen their HRIS expertise, influence global processes, and work in a fast-growing international organisation. Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as module owner for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Driving enhancements to global and local HR processes in alignment with Ambu’s Zoom Ahead strategy
  • Leading global HRIS initiatives (e.g., Position Management, ATS integration) together with IT Project Managers, P&C stakeholders and other key stakeholders
  • Partnering closely with global Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders across P&C and IT
  • Supporting the ITSM joiner/mover/leaver process as a key stakeholder
  • Delivering training and guidance to global P&C colleagues in clear, non‑technical language
  • Handling administrative HRIS tasks such as ticket management, updating SOPs, requirement specifications, and testing
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance within the HRIS landscape
  • Prioritising system improvements and requests based on business impact

 

Suggested candidate profile

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are, however, likely to succeed in this position if you:

  • Bring experience from a mature global HRIS setup and ideally have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knows what “very good” looks like in global HR processes and system governance
  • Are comfortable driving improvements across global and local processes
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy partnering with global Centres of Excellence and HR Partners
  • Communicate clearly and can translate technical topics into simple, user-friendly language‑friendly language
  • Are tech savvy, analytical, and able to prioritise based on business value
  • Bring international experience or have worked in global organisations
  • Have a strong sense of ownership of your role, and feel comfortable taking on all aspects of the role – from high impact to more operational focus
  • Have knowledge of GDPR and data privacy principles
  • Communicate fluently in English
