Key responsibilities

- Continuously refine and enhance the global monthly S&OP cycle across demand and supply planning, supporting the shift from a traditional S&OP set-up towards a more integrated business planning approach with clear commercial and financial alignment.
- Develop high-quality S&OP materials for senior stakeholders by translating complex data into clear, financially sound decision insights.
- Facilitate cross-functional forecast reviews, aligning inputs and resolving deviations, inconsistencies, and uncertainties to establish a unified forecast.
- Support scenario planning and trade-off discussions across growth, service levels, and product availability.
- Combine demand, supply, financial, and commercial inputs into one consolidated plan aligned with overall business objectives.
- Partner closely with commercial and finance teams on campaign planning, financial commitments, and performance trade-offs.
- Ensure that key strategic initiatives (e.g. capacity changes, NPI, supplier adjustments, pricing updates) are incorporated into the S&OP process.
- Oversee regional performance by defining relevant KPIs, monitoring progress, and identifying risks.
- Take ownership of S&OP KPIs and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
- Maintain a 12-to-24-month rolling capacity outlook to identify potential bottlenecks in production or global logistics early.
