Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Global Quality Training Specialist to be based at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark.

 

Is training your passion? Do you get a kick out of optimizing and develop solid training solution, and do you want to play a key role in the implementation of our new quality training strategy?

 

We are looking for an experienced training professional to help modernize the quality training program. Reporting to the Manager, Global Quality Training you will become part of the recently formed Quality Training team, and in a new position where you will have the opportunity to help shape the role based on your experience.

Being a global position, we are looking for someone with proven intercultural abilities who thrives in an international environment and enjoys working with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the quality training program for our HQ and German innovation sites
  • Global user support in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support local training teams with quality training related requests
  • Act as LMS global super admin, in addition to develop the global community of practice forum for LMS admins
  • Be the go-to person on how to utilize the LMS for optimal quality training solutions
  • Be an integral part of various projects and initiatives as we roll out the new quality training strategy, and ensure effective rollouts

 

Suggested candidate profile

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:

 

  • 3+ years’ experience from a similar position within e.g. Quality or Learning & Development, preferably from an international environment
  • Prior experience from regulated industry, medical device or pharmaceutical industries preferred
  • Experience working with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors Learning
  • Prior experience with content creation and delivery
  • Intercultural skills and experience collaborating remotely with global teams are essential
  • Self-driven and enjoy taking ownership
  • Analytic and able to manage large and complex data sets
  • Above average English proficiency, both written and verbally
