The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Global Product Manager to take ownership of the commercial strategy and growth of our Respiratory Endoscopy portfolio — anchored by our pioneering aScope™ Broncho platform.

At Ambu, product management is at the heart of shaping direction and driving innovation. By combining customer insights, clinical data, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll influence decisions that make a measurable difference in markets worldwide.

This position is based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.

You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders — from healthcare professionals and global societies to internal partners in Medical Affairs, HEMA, MarCom, R&D, Business Development, and our global sales regions — ensuring our products deliver both clinical value and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Portfolio Strategy: Provide input to  the commercial strategy, set growth priorities, and align global initiatives with business goals.
  • Customer Insights & Evidence: Gather and analyze customer needs and market data, translate them into value propositions and positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to deliver aligned and impactful initiatives.
  • Lifecycle Management: Monitor portfolio performance, identify opportunities for improvements or line extensions, and secure sustainable growth.
  • Market Execution: Ensure effective global launch uptake and market penetration, enabling sales territories to succeed with strategic tools and programs.

What You Bring

  • Experience in product management within medical devices; respiratory endoscopy or/and airway management experience is an advantage
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate clinical workflows and user needs into business opportunities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, comfortable working with data, clinical evidence, and health economics.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives and resources to maximize impact.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Global mindset, cultural adaptability, and openness to international and intercontinental business travel.
  • Relevant degree in healthcare, business, or marketing.
