Ambu A/S is looking for a Global Product Manager, Gastroenterology (GI). This is a high-impact position where you will be the global responsible for driving product launches and supporting commercialization of the in-market portfolio in one of our key business areas, GI. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling and supporting our salesforce in high quality engagements with our customers to unlock the single-use transition in GI endoscopy.
You’ll join a dedicated Product Management team focusing on our GI portfolio, work closely with our sales territories, marketing centres of excellence and cross-functional partners across the business, as well as, collaborate directly with healthcare professionals worldwide. The role comes with broad global exposure, close collaboration with leadership, and the opportunity to make a lasting mark on Ambu’s growing GI portfolio.

Your responsibilities

You act as the global responsible for enabling the sales organization in delivering commercial success incl.:
- Commercial strategies and tactics incl. customer segmentation, commercial partnerships, etc.

Commercial toolbox development, incl. messaging, evidence generation, etc.

Commercial excellence incl. market data, pricing, etc.

You drive global product launches in collaboration with downstream colleagues and marketing centres of excellence incl.:
- Global and local launch strategy guiding the commercial team to success
- Customer feedback generation back to R&D / Upstream team
- Performance tracking and active engagements to accelerate success or mitigate challenges

You take full ownership of the commercial success in your area incl.:

Be a trusted partner across the organization.

Build and maintain the global KOL network.

Represent Ambu externally at tradeshows, workshops, and KOL interactions.

Collaborate closely with your team in Global and Local functions to deliver on the GI strategy and business goals.

What we’re looking for
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:

International experience in downstream product management or other commercial roles within MedTech or other related healthcare industries

International experience from gastroenterology or a surgical field incl. relevant KOL network, that would be considered a strong advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Experience in driving value creation on in-market portfolio incl. value proposition, evidence generation, etc.

Experience with conducting global launches incl. strategic launch plans, marketing- and training materials, etc.

Solid knowledge of clinical workflows and how medical solutions impact patient outcomes.
- Strong ability to understand and bridge commercial and strategic perspectives.
- A proactive, analytical, and collaborative personality, thriving in global, fast-paced environments.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences including HCPs, executives, and commercial teams.
