Then this might be your defining moment. Ambu is currently looking for a Global Product Launch Manager to be based at HQ in Ballerup to join our growing Global Supply Chain team!
A role with global impact
In the role, you will both support and take lead on assigned NPI Projects during all project phases, incorporating Global Supply Chain resources, whilst managing all critical aspect of taking new products to the market.
You will oversee execution across regions and markets, support risk‑buy management, and collaborate closely with global production sites on ramp‑up activities, capacity planning, and overall launch readiness.
Working closely with stakeholders across the entire value chain- including Global Product Management, R&D, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Commercial teams - you will act as the Supply Chain lead who drives alignment and momentum throughout the project.
Furthermore, you will be encouraged to challenge existing processes and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- New Product Introductions (NPI) – during all project phases.
- Close collaboration with stakeholders globally within Ambu, as well as external suppliers.
- Support Development of the NPI / Launch process across the Ambu organization.
- Reporting to GSC Management / Relevant stakeholders.
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have a proven track record within project management, production and risk buy handling – and can deep dive into details whilst having the overview to keep it all on track. Moreover, you’re recognized by your energetic drive, strong motivation, and accountability in everything you do.
Furthermore, you have:
- Around 5 years of experience within Supply Chain and Operations Management, preferably within a production set-up.
- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Production or similar
- Strong, global end-to-end Supply Chain understanding across Value Chain.
- Experience in Business Intelligence.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with ERP system.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.

You will join a fast-growing Global Supply Chain department, where high level of competence, humor and execution is part of everyday life. You will be reporting into the Head of Global Product Launch, Thomas Bigum. The team consists of dedicated and skilled colleagues, where you will have the opportunity for personal and professional growth. You will work from Ambu's headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.
