Ambu A/S is currently looking for an experienced Finance Integration Specialist based in Ballerup to join our dynamic team during an exciting period of transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and strengthening data flow, ensuring the effective deployment of finance systems and integration between relevant applications /portals globally. You will work as finance representative in multiple process workstreams in Ambu’s ERP transformation journey and work towards building strong capability within HQ Finance and Financial Shared Service (FSS).
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure optimal process and system design and governance and work closely with FSS team and Global IT to drive standardization, automation, and harmonization across finance-relevant business processes and applications.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the Global Finance and Accounting team, reporting to the Head of Global Financial Processes, you will:
• Act as super user on financial processes and systems for global finance organisation and develop and participate in finance super user network.
• Ensure seamless integration of finance systems with other applications. Lead simplification and standardisation initiatives for specific technical / process area within global finance organisation including FSS.
• Drive change management for finance transformational projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Act as Finance contact for application enhancements and projects in respective process areas, together with other process specialists and be responsible for testing, documentation, handover to finance organisation and FSS and ongoing support and maintenance.
• Act as liaison among FSS, Global IT and Local Finance Managers making sure local compliance requirements into the integration offerings
• Participate in setup of governance process, together with Finance and Global IT
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experience can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are, however, likely to succeed in this position if you have:
• Around 7-8 years of work experience in multinational environments, either from big multinational consultancy firms or corporations with global footprint.
• Extensive work experience in technical integration of ERP with banking platforms and interfaces, especially standard payment initiation and cash management, platforms for invoicing e.g. with message standards like EDIFACT and message protocols similar to PEPPOL and statutory reporting.
• Hands-on experience in handling requirements and transforming business requirements to technical specification, designing, testing and rolling out ERP projects and/or IT applications globally.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Good understanding of risks and internal financial controls is preferred.
