In Corporate Supply Chain we are looking for a new colleague to join us on our ambitious innovation journey and help us take our S&OP planning processes to the next level. This is a newly established role and key to success is collaboration, integrity and results with speed – also our core values.

 

You will be a member of the Corporate Supply Chain team and you will report directly to Vice President of Corporate Supply Chain. You will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup.


Key responsibilities – a supply chain enabling growth:

  • Overall responsible for the S&OP/IBP process with relevant stakeholders, incl. clear guidance on production timelines, constraints and opportunities as well as reporting
  • Assessing and mitigating risks which may impact delivery performance in close coordination with our production sites in China, Malaysia, US and (soon established) Mexico, providing relevant information across the value chain
  • Consolidated and long-term production planning; balancing demand and supply in an overview of internal production and external CMO production
  • Ensure responsive planning, reviewing processes continuously for improvement opportunities
  • Scenario and simulation planning for qualified decision making (short- and long-term)
  • Super user in our MRP planning processes, aligning closely with our Global Process Excellence team for improvements, ensuring continuous scalability and alignment globally, when relevant

 

Responsive processes and a patient mindset:
To succeed in this job, you most likely have a university degree at master level within e.g. Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering, Economics and Business Solution or similar. You have 3-5 years’ experience in similar supply chain positions, ideally from a global organization. You are a super user of excel and have experience with advanced planning systems and ERP systems (Ambu uses M3). You have a high level of executional skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

 

Additionally, you have the ability to balance and align varying interests of stakeholders and are capable of building successful relationships across functions. A customer minded and a strong team player with excellent communication skills is a pre-requisite to succeed, we are building on a strong and responsive supply chain and you will be part of continuing this success. 

 

Since Ambu is an international company, you must have excellent command of the English language, as this will be your main working language, both in speech and in writing.
