Student Assistant, Global Marketing, Gastroenterology (GI) Visualization

Key responsibilities
The position as Student Assistant is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the Global GI Visualization team counting five dedicated and experienced Global Product Managers. You will be supporting your colleagues with various marketing and product managements assignments such as:
- Assist in creation of promotion activities such as marketing campaigns and sales support tools
- Planning of Global congresses and workshops including managing internal stock of exhibition equipment
- Coordination of Global sales meetings and distributor events within Global GI
- Administration and maintenance of internal sales and marketing sites including Global GI SharePoint site
- Planning and executing KOL activities with respect to contracts, travel arrangements, resource booking.
- Assist with coordination of activities (shipment samples etc. etc.) between Global and STs
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently.

To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are motivated to learn product management with an eye for the details and have an interest in Global marketing across disciplines.
As a person, you exceed your peers by being a hands-on person with the ability to manage all steps of supporting Product Management, Gastroenterology. You are structured, self-driven, responsible, team-oriented and outgoing.
