Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for endoscopy sales in Urology for the Netherlands. You will be an advocate for single-use endoscopy for your accounts and not only sell, but also support your customers in understanding the value of introducing single-use to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
The mission are as follows:
- Support our customers at the highest professional level with dedication and reliability
- Commit to a customer-centric approach to serve your customers
- Plan and execute sales and projects to reach annual objectives
- Identify customer needs and adapt plans accordingly
- Gather market information, competitive landscape
- Ensure adequate use of the endoscopes in existing and prospective accounts with continuous training, and other initiatives
- Maintain close relations and contact with all external stakeholders (hospitals, doctors, nurses, buyers, pharmacies...) and internal stakeholders (customer service, product management...)
- participate in securing customer accounts,
- Grow existing accounts by developing indications and use among users and create new customers
- Support peripheral centers in using our solutions
You will be joining the broader ST (Sales Territory) West, covering France and BeNeLux – an affiliate with a great working atmosphere, collaborative mindsets and with one common goal: to be the most customer-centric in our field.
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if:
- You are an experienced sales professional in medical devices (> 5 years) with a proven successful track record
- You like to work independently and bring a high level of engagement
- You are a problem solver and persevere to find solutions for your customers
- You enjoy selling and dealing with people
- You carry great negotiation and commercial skills
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You speak English fluently
- Ideally you have experience in Endoscopy or Urology
