Key responsibilities 

 

In this role, you will be managing our Hospital Anesthesia & Patient Monitoring sales in the Netherlands.  

 

The missions are as follows: 

 

  • Support our customers at the highest professional level with dedication and reliability 

  • Commit to a customer-centric approach to serve your customers 

  • Plan and execute sales and projects to reach annual objectives 

  • Identify customer needs and adapt plans accordingly 

  • Gather market information and competitive intelligence 

  • Ensure adequate use of the products in existing and prospective accounts  

  • Maintain close relations and contact with all external stakeholders (hospitals, doctors, nurses, buyers, pharmacies...) and internal stakeholders (customer service, product management...) 

  • Grow existing accounts by developing indications and use among users and create new customers 

  • Support peripheral centers in using our solutions 

 

You will be joining the broader ST (Sales Territory) West, covering France and BeNeLux – an affiliate with a great working atmosphere, collaborative mindsets and with one common goal: to be the most customer-centric in our field.  

 

 

Suggested candidate profile 

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you recognize yourself in the profile below : 

 

  • You are an experienced sales professional selling medical devices in Hospitals (> 5 years) with a proven successful track record 

  • You like to work independently and bring a high level of engagement 

  • You are a problem solver and persevere to find solutions for your customers 

  • You enjoy selling and dealing with people 

  • You carry great negotiation skills 

  • You have good knowledge of healthcare system, hospital organization and funding sources 

  • You have a client service oriented attitude 

  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and English language skills
