Financial Analyst, Accounts Receivable (FSS)

  1. Responsible for relevant Global strategy goals & activities.

  2. Responsible for advising a team of accountants.

  3. Responsible for investigating technical issues derived from daily activities and others and follow up the issues until solved.

  4. Responsible for EMEA Account Receivables collection activities.

  5. Ensure the team is performing with accuracy and compliance with financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards.

  6. Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and standardize processes to enhance efficiency.

  7. To support taken in new handover and Account Receivable related tasks.

  8. Responsible for supporting Account Receivable related roll-out during testing.

  9. Being the backup of accountant when needed.

  10. Responsible for ensuring completeness of SOP and documented in SharePoint.

  11. Support financial audit in Ambu Group which the areas are handled by Financial Shared Services.

  12. Responsible for other ad-hoc / upcoming new tasks to be given in Financial Shared Services.
